I like to picket the 'reality tv' programs such as U.k.'s Got Talent and 10 Cistron mainly because of the positive emotions that they evoke. Often the people on these programs talk of the reason for them seeking to exercise what they beloved is, that they are doing it for a sure member of their family, who has supported them through thick and sparse, or they have a child or children that they want to be able to back up amend and to inspire them to achieve their dreams.

Having children opens up your life to existence a part-model whether intentional or not. Children always wait to their parents as examples of how to exist, (or not to be) toward many aspects of life. Equally you abound older y'all realize that your parents don't have all the answers and were doing the best they could with their ain guidance from their parents. As the generations move on and different families are brought together through relationships and matrimony, the roles of parents and children arrange to life's choices. Only the one thing that remains is the guidance, motivation and condolement that our family brings to us through dear. Families are one of life's greatest teachers.

The photo was taken in 2010 and is of my children and grandchildren when we were out for a walk at Kirtlington Quarry in Oxfordshire. My daughter Julie (on the left, property the child) besides has her newborn daughter in the sling that she is wearing. There was another add-on to my family (a grandson) before this year.

As we chop-chop approach this auspicious winter solstice (21st December 2012), I accept been reading more and more almost people going through hard times, emotional issues and events from their past are being resurrected to exist cleared away, assuasive them to release long held negativity.

This was proved to me by the fact that, all of the people closest to me are having some emotional 'problem' arise in their lives. Without going into whatever details some of the things take been: long-term serious affliction, marital breakup, sudden death, child moving away, untruthful allegations from work colleague and the list goes on…

I mistakenly thought that I was allowed to this as I had learnt EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) many years ago and take gone through clearing any negative events from my life. But recently through certain circumstances, I had to talk nigh something that I had non brought up earlier, from when I was younger. I knew that I was guided as I relayed my story to who I needed to, and since then the memories that I have are at present even more distant.

Through supporting others shut to me I am beingness challenged to not let the dramas occurring in my life touch my inner calmness and happiness. At times I know I showtime getting swept along with the drama of it all, and then I have to remind myself that…

I am a Spiritual Existence and no matter what is going on nosotros are all One, here in Honey and Appreciation for each other, playing our roles as we planned before we came.
